lulz A nice trick is to mine in 0.7 systems or lower, people tend to use GSC there so can flippers don't bother trying to find jetcanners, idiots just think no one will jetcan in 0.7 or lower.

There is no way you can tank 0.0 rats with a Retriever. It can barely survive in lowsec... remember Retriever is one of the crapiest tanks over Eve Online Now a Hulk is a different story, it can survive 0.0 with good skills and drones.
